I have lived in the central Florida area for over 30 years. Growing up here, I have developed a love for the people and the community we call home. A handyman by trade, I have over 20 years of experience working in construction, property maintenance, and property management industry. It has been a natural progression for me to transition into the home inspection field.

In my personal life, I am an avid spearfisherman and hold a USCG 50 ton master's captain's license. My captaining experience has honed my understanding for the importance of detail, safety, and customer relations.
