After serving in the Army for 6 years and 29 years as a government contractor in manufacturing, logistics and training for the U.S.A.F. and other branches of the U.S. military as well as government agencies and Foreign Military Services, Jim has made the move into the private sector. Bringing with him a vast array of training and Coaching knowledge.

I am currently a licensed home inspector with the state of Florida (license #HI8999). I have been a certified home inspector since July 2015. I hold a certificate from International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (license #15060214).
